3D PRINTING

 We use STATE OF THE ART 3D printing to create hardwearing gear, while maintaining control of the manufacturing process in house. This technology allows us to implement our designs with PRECISION and without reliance on on the modern industrial complex. 

All in house 3D printing utilizes ADVANCED PLA(polylactic acid) specially formulated for maximum durability and heat resistance. Our PLA is a NON-PETROLEUM plastic derived from residual plant pulps of other industries e.g. sugarcane pulp, maize(corn), sugarbeet pulp. 

Primarily we print our buckles, but any plastic part we use may be printed. Continue looking to GEKCO for future technological advances.
